West valley cities are holding strong with home values continuing a slow and steady accent upward. Inventory levels have continued to stay steady where we consider it a sellers market (see absorption rate on the report). The MLS is seeing a year-over-year increase in most categories such as Listings Taken, Contracts Written and overall Closed Production in volume AND units making 2016 look to be another improved year for valley real estate owners.
